Student Teaching/Observation Hours

Please contact the Credentials Analyst, Personnel Services at (951) 929-7700 ext. 4292 to begin arrangements and submit paperwork.

1. Complete electronic Classroom Observation Application.
2. Personnel services will obtain Administrator approval of the desired site—if you wish to observe in more than one site, approval must be obtained for each site.
3. Upon site approval, you will be notified of the following: submit TB clearance certificate to Personnel Services, and need to set up fingerprint appointment. (If you are a current Substitute employee or Volunteer, and have TB and fingerprints on file this step will not apply to you.)
4. You will be notified by Personnel services upon receiving fingerprint clearance and district approval.

Please note: 

Cost of fingerprints: $69, cash,debit, credit.

Fingerprinting is done at the District Office every 2^nd and 4^th Wednesday of the month.
