On June 12, Congressman Raul Ruiz, MD (CA-25) participated in the Congressional Baseball Game for charity at the Nationals Park in Washington DC sporting a San Jacinto Leadership Academy jersey. On July 3, he visited SJLA, spoke with some of the cadets and staff and donated the signed jersey to the school.
